This policy explains what Galindos Body Shop LLC ("Galindo's", "we") collects on galindosbodyshop.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Last updated September 8, 2026.

1. Information we collect

What you give us. When you request an estimate you may provide your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle details, what happened to the vehicle, where it is, how you are paying, insurance carrier and claim number, and anything you type in the message box. If you text us, we keep the messages and any photos you send.
Text message consent. If you check either text message box on our form, we record which box you checked, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Collected automatically. Standard web server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our website host may set basic operational cookies. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

To write your estimate, schedule and perform the repair, and deal with your insurance company on your behalf when you ask us to.
To contact you about your estimate or repair by phone, text or email.
To send occasional offers and reminders by text, only if you separately opted in to that program.
To keep records the law and our insurance partners require.

3. Text messaging

We run two separate text programs, service messages and optional offers and reminders. Each has its own unchecked box on our form, and consent to offers is never a condition of service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

Your insurance carrier and adjuster, when you ask us to handle a claim.
Service providers that help us run the shop, such as our customer management and messaging platform, our website host and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
Parts suppliers and towing partners as needed to complete your repair.
Law enforcement or others when the law requires it.

5. Data security

We protect your information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Our website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to customer records is limited to shop staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep estimate and repair records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements. Text message consent records are kept for as long as you are opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document your consent and opt-out.

7. Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that program.

8. Children

This website and our text programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
