Text message terms.

These terms cover text messages sent by Galindos Body Shop LLC ("Galindo's", "we"), 7033 W 24th St, Odessa, TX 79763, (432) 703-7397. Last updated September 8, 2026.

1. Program description

We run two separate text message programs. You choose each one separately on our estimate request form at https://galindosbodyshop.com/contact, and neither box is ever pre-checked.

  • Service messages. Texts about a repair you asked us about: replies to your estimate request, estimate follow-ups, drop-off confirmations and reminders, repair status updates, ready-for-pickup notices and a short follow-up after pickup.
  • Offers and reminders (optional). Occasional texts such as hail season inspection reminders and specials. Consent to this program is not a condition of any purchase or service.

If you text us first, we will reply to you by text about your request.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Service messages: up to 10 messages per month while you have an open estimate or repair with us. Offers and reminders: up to 2 messages per month.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. You will get one final message confirming you have opted out. You can also opt out by calling the shop at (432) 703-7397. Replying STOP to an offer does not affect service messages about an open repair unless you tell us to stop those too.

6. Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in either program. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provided.

7. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are used only to run these programs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at https://galindosbodyshop.com/sms-terms. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
